Food packaging failures happen in production — not on paper. Film that works in the lab but lifts in a hot-fill tunnel or clouds in a refrigerated display case costs more than the label is worth.
All Polimex film grades supplied for food contact applications comply with EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials intended for food contact. A food-grade Declaration of Compliance (DoC) accompanies qualification orders. Films do not contain PFAS, BPA, or heavy metal pigments. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are provided with every production lot.

EU food regulations require that consumers can visually confirm packaging has not been opened. Integrated perforated neck bands on shrink sleeves provide this at no additional component cost. The band tears cleanly on first opening and is part of the same film as the body label — no separate sealing station required.
