Full-body 360° coverage allows brands to use every square millimetre of container surface for graphics, regulatory text, and nutritional information without compromise. Shrink sleeves also provide a built-in tamper-evident neck band — critical for food and beverage safety compliance in most markets. Unlike pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves conform to round, oval, contoured and multi-diameter containers without air bubbles or lifting edges.

Craft breweries and small-batch distillers typically run 500–10,000 units per SKU — far below the minimum viable run for conventional flexo printing. Digital sleeve printing on Polimex PETG and OPS slit rolls allows craft producers to order film and manage printing separately, enabling limited editions, seasonal variants, and market tests without cylinder amortisation costs.
From 2030, EU PPWR requires that shrink labels do not prevent recyclability of the container. For PET bottles, this means specifying wash-off PETG or low-density PO (floatable). Polimex supplies both grades with third-party EPBP test documentation on request.
