PETG and OPS account for the majority of shrink sleeve label applications worldwide. Choosing the wrong film means either overpaying for properties you don't need, or discovering mid-production that the film can't achieve the shrink profile your container requires.
PETG delivers a higher maximum shrink ratio — typically 40–75% — making it the only practical choice for containers with deep undercuts or highly irregular geometry. OPS maxes out at around 50–72%, which covers the vast majority of standard bottle shapes.

At equal thickness, PETG costs more per label than OPS because of its higher density — convert to price per m² before comparing quotes.
