Our portfolio covers sleeve films (PETG, OPS, LDPE stretch, PO), flexible packaging laminates (BOPP, CPP, PA/PE, EVOH, MDO-PE), and certified compostable films (PBAT/PLA). Each grade is available in a range of gauges, widths and performance specifications designed to match specific application requirements: tunnel temperature profiles, container geometry, print process, recycling stream and sustainability certification.

Polimex was founded in MIlan, Italy and lately established in Potenza. The founding observation was straightforward: converters and brand owners were spending disproportionate time resolving substrate inconsistencies that could have been eliminated at the sourcing stage. We built the company to close that gap — combining direct manufacturer relationships, deep converting knowledge and a procurement infrastructure that gives customers fast access to the materials they need.
We focus on substrates that perform within circular economy requirements. This includes recyclable MDO-PE as a PET/PE laminate substitute, EVOH-barrier pouches for extended MAP shelf life, R-PETG incorporating post-consumer recycled content, and EN 13432 certified PBAT/PLA compostable films. We work directly with manufacturers at the extrusion level to develop new grades — not simply to resell commodity film.
